The Powertrain Calibration Supervisor leads the team through global development, signoff, and release of engine calibrations for Powerpack applications, overseeing program timing, resources, and quality across cross-functional teams including engine, transmission, vehicle engineering, and EESE. This leader manages program drives, resolves launch-related issues, and reports program health to leadership, while also building team capability through coaching, performance management, and morale-focused initiatives.
