Partners with IT leadership to recommend computer systems improvements, evaluate hardware, software, and service solutions, manage vendor relationships and service levels, support budgeting and capacity planning, and improve operational reliability, performance, and efficiency across the firm's technology environment. Manages the development, implementation, operation, maintenance, and support of the firm's systems platforms, including compute, virtualization, storage, access management, endpoint management, operating system and application deployment, patch management, backup, and related operational services.
