The ideal candidate is a hands-on, highly technical engineer with strong product ownership, cross-functional leadership, CAD/design capability, and experience supporting industrial electrical products, conduit, fittings, or related engineered products. Lead or support robust design review processes utilizing dFMEA and pFMEA activities with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations for new products, design changes, and cost reduction work.
