Partnering closely with the Workday HCM Functional Lead, Workday Integration Lead, HRIS, technology, finance, data warehouse, and Operator teams, this role will translate operational requirements into scalable Workday reports, data models, and analytics while ensuring the accuracy, consistency, security, and usability of Workday data. Advanced proficiency building and maintaining Workday reports, including advanced, matrix, and composite reports, with strong understanding of Workday data sources, business objects, calculated fields, prompts, filters, related business objects, and report security.
