Responsibilities: Execute investment projects with a budget of $40M to $150M with high complexity according the CPP process and requirements described below: Develop, guide, review, and present project feasibility studies and business cases that accurately identify project benefits, risks, and returns project assignments concurrently and driving projects to completion. Responsible for equipment and work specifications; develops schedules, budgets and forecasts; selects materials, equipment, project resources, and contractors, and ensures all aspects of the design are reviewed technically and commercially for scope, safety, quality, and functionality.
