The Sr Manager, Product Management - Unified Experience Layer (UXL) is responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for Marriott's Unified Experience Layer (UXL), a shared technology capability that powers customer, product, developer, consumer, and contributor experiences across Digital and Enterprise products. The Sr Manager partners closely with Digital, Enterprise, Engineering, Architecture, Experience Design, Operations, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, evaluate investments, and deliver scalable capabilities that improve customer experiences, accelerate development velocity, and enhance platform performance.
