In this senior, hands-on product leadership role, you will work directly with bankers and cross-functional partners, shape practical AI capabilities, and translate commercial banking strategy into adopted products that improve revenue workflows, banker capacity, operating efficiency, and client impact. Coach product and delivery team members, set expectations for product quality, prioritization, outcome measurement, adoption, and governed execution, and guide the delivery of agents, retrieval patterns, data flows, workflow automations, and system integrations.
