QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing, or a related engineering discipline• 5+ years' experience supporting manufacturing operations, production systems, or industrial process equipment• Proven experience leading capital projects, including budgeting, scheduling, contractor oversight, and vendor management• Working knowledge of industrial safety requirements, regulatory compliance, and safe design principles• Proficiency with common engineering and project management tools. Ensure safe, compliant, reliable, and efficient operations by leading engineering initiatives, capital projects, and continuous improvement efforts that materially impact operational performance, safety, and asset reliability.
