Proven experience in leading and managing multi-discipline projects and remediation projects; Strong leadership, mentorship, and managerial skills, with the ability to engage team members both in-person and remotely; Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, while maintaining quality and attention to detail; Strong communication and report writing skills; Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment, and; Possess reliable transportation for client meetings and job site visits and a valid driver's license in good standing. Develop, lead and manage of a progressive regional and national environmental practice; Build, maintain, and manage nationwide client relationships and projects; Develop and provide consultation on complex remedial treatment options; Provide leadership, coaching and supervision to remediation engineers and scientists, and oversight of remedial subcontractors; Design and implement regulatory and remediation; Bring/Develop key client relationships.
