This role will be instrumental in building and improving FP&A infrastructure, partnering closely with mill and operations leadership, and providing financial insights that drive productivity, cost control, and profitable growth. We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Finance Analyst to support financial planning, labor and production forecasting, and operational performance reporting within a manufacturing environment.

Senior Finance Analyst

You will be a core member of the operations team, working directly on the factory floor to stabilize processes, improve quality and reliability, and reduce cost through advanced process design and implementation of new technologies. Lead new product introduction and scaling: develop production processes, implement DFM improvements, drive pilot builds and ramp-ups, and own capacity planning for growth.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer

We design and operate state-of-the-art modular sawmills that produce high-grade dimensional wood products with greater efficiency and less waste. Work Location: This role is based at the New Albany, Mississippi mill and requires a full-time, 5-days-per-week onsite presence, with travel to other regional mill locations as needed.

Senior Design Engineer

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, establishing industry networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, maintaining American Society for Quality certification, and/or participating in other professional associations. Provides input on quality to product development teams; recommends producibility improvements by facilitating process reviews, addressing technical data packages, manufacturing methods, equipment, tooling and training.
