PRIMARY FUNCTIONResponsibilities include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical functions in conjunction with general maintenance of the facility.SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday: 9PM - 5AMPay: $24.00/hour plus $1.50 shift differentialSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Maintain all electrical and mechanical equipment required for daily operation for the DC.</li><li>Provide general maintenance for the facility.</li><li>Clean up hazardous and chemical spills</li><li>Outside/Yard clean-up and maintenance</li><li>Work all necessary hours including call outs</li><li>Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance.</li><li>Review equipment / facility, making recommendations for changes and additions that will improve operations.</li><li>Performs other tasks and duties as assigned in an efficient, effective, and cost conscious manner complying with all company policies, rules and regulations.</li><li>Excellent attendance and reliable predictability a must</li><li>Adheres to DC housekeeping guidelines</li><li>Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.*</li><li>indicates nonessential</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>High School education or equivalent.</li><li>Two years experience in electrical, mechanical, and or welding.</li><li>Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing to comply with all safety policies and practices.</li><li>Excellent attendance record</li><li>Ability to interact effectively with other departments and all levels of management</li><li>Attention to detail essential</li><li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize work</li><li>Must be a team player with a can do attitude</li><li>Power Equipment certification a plus</li><li>Must be able to read, write, and speak English</li></ul>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Must have the ability to meet physical assessment requirements for this position</li></ul>See Job Analysis and PPE requirement for this positionNOTE: When duties and responsibilities change and develop, the job description will be reviewed and subject to changes based on business necessity.
