Bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in Emergency Response, Crisis Management, or an industrial EHS leadership role within the Chemical or Manufacturing industries, along with at least 5 years of leadership experience and demonstrated experience leading multi-site emergency preparedness and incident response programs; equivalent leadership experience in industrial emergency management, fire or hazardous-materials response, operational resilience, business continuity, corporate security, supply-chain disruption, public-sector emergency management, military service, or law enforcement may be considered. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership for crisis management, emergency preparedness, incident escalation, and operational readiness while partnering across businesses, sites, and functions to identify emerging risks, strengthen organizational capabilities, and convert exercises and incidents into measurable improvements.
