This contract will provide configuration management (CM), logistics, mechanical and electrical engineering technician services, field service support, project management, drafting and design, technical writing, and acquisition services to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Unmanned & Expeditionary Weapon Systems (H40) Division and Intelligent Automation (H60) Division. - Associates Degree (or higher) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering technical discipline or four (4) years of military weapons school focusing on medium size weapons or small munitions operation and testing, maintenance, and sustainment of weapons.
ul> A BA/S is required in Electrical Engineering in addition to ten (10) years experience in electromagnetic system design, analysis and test with U.S. Navy/Joint DE systems including pulsed power, RF, Laser, and CIED systems and components. The Electrical Engineer will design, develop, test, and supervise the manufacturing of electrical and electronic equipment for electronic warfare systems.

- Oversight of ATCC’s EHS programs: Ensure safety and compliance including Environmental Protection & Compliance, Occupational Safety & Worker Protection, Biosafety, Industrial Hygiene & Exposure Control.
- External Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage external partners and stakeholder including environmental compliance and safety regulatory bodies, utilities, local government bodies to proactively address emerging trends and risks as relevant to biologics R&D /Manufacturing facility operations.
