Serve as a primary asset-management contact for internal teams, investors, lenders, utilities, regulators, vendors, and other stakeholders, coordinating across property management, asset management, development, engineering, and construction teams. Five to seven (5–7) years of demonstrated professional experience in renewable energy asset management, project management, green building development and/or operations; experience with solar, battery storage, EV charging, or multifamily/affordable housing assets preferred.
