Location: Green Bay, WI, USA Shift: 1st Shift Work model: On-Site Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Senior Diesel Maintenance Instructor to develop and deliver technical training courses to the organization's maintenance associates. The Senior Diesel Maintenance Instructor will use different methods to teach technicians and manage the formal training plans Schneider uses. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop a technical training curriculum that includes learning activities, reference materials and digital content. </li><li>Collaborate with the maintenance and safety teams to update training materials. </li><li>Instruct maintenance technicians on how to use diagnostic software systems and equipment. </li><li>Create videos and self-paced modules for technicians to watch and complete. </li><li>Research and recommend new training methods. </li><li>Serve as an ongoing resource for technicians when they need assistance. </li><li>Work with original equipment manufacturers to develop training solutions that meet Schneider's needs. </li><li>Occasionally complete mechanical work in the shop.</li></ul> Skills and qualifications: <ul><li>Technical school degree or certificate in diesel engines, electronics or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of 6 years of diesel shop experience.</li><li>Experience working in a leadership or training capacity.</li><li>ASE Master Truck Certification preferred.
