This position requires the ability to perform active maintenance work in a manufacturing environment, including frequent standing, walking, reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling, as well as occasional lifting, carrying, climbing, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crawling, and working in confined spaces. This role is designed for an experienced maintenance professional who wants to remain actively engaged in technical, hands-on work while developing the skills and judgment needed to grow into a department Lead position.
