Support cost control activities across RFGBU development, construction, and operational projects by managing budgets, tracking Limited Notices to Proceed (LNTPs), preparing Schedules of Values (SOV), supporting Planned Value (PV) distribution, and maintaining alignment between project costs, approved budgets, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). Partner with Project Managers to deliver comprehensive project controls reporting and financial analysis, including month-over-month cost variance reviews by WBS, Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Estimate to Complete (ETC) updates, contingency management, budget reconciliations, change events, change orders, and project risk assessments.
