Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred 3+ years of successful sales and/or business development experience - ideally in skincare, beauty, or wellness Strong relationship-building and networking skills Comfortable presenting to groups and representing the Company at events Self-starter with the ability to work independently across a multi-location territory, while collaborating a with a supportive, national team as-needed Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools Management and training experience highly preferred Time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple projects simultaneously Willingness and ability to take initiative and exhibit resourcefulness Ability and willingness to travel within the identified region, with additional travel to the home office as needed Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities Strong operational management and financial analysis skills.
