Physical Requirements: Sit at a desk to perform office and computer work; stooping, walking, standing, bending, or twisting, kneeling, squatting, climb ladders, or crawling as required; occasionally working with arms above shoulder; draw plans and create work requisitions; carry up to 25 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds; light pushing or pulling of construction materials; vision sufficient to read fine print, blueprints, identify construction materials, and read a computer screen. Environmental Conditions: Daily routing public and co-worker interaction when coordinating assignments and location maintenance jobs; ability to communicate with shop personnel, other departmental representatives, and materials manufacturers verbally, in writing, and utilizing the telephone.
