This role serves as the central coordination point between Application Teams, DevOps, QA, Production Support, Architecture, Infrastructure, Product, and Leadership to ensure changes are planned, approved, validated, deployed, and closed with minimal operational risk. This individual is comfortable driving accountability across engineering teams, communicating complex technical risks in plain English, and using AI to automate routine work, improve decision-making, and enhance release quality across MMC.
