Assist Participants and Housing Providers with all procedures necessary in maintaining their program participation, including recertifications, relocation and leasing, processing timely rent increase requests, annual and interim income adjustments, changes in family composition, transfers, and other policies or procedures in compliance with EOHLC Admin Plan and CTI policies. As part of the Leased Housing team, the Lead Leased Housing Program Representative is responsible for providing information and assistance to participants of the Housing Choice Voucher Program and housing providers concerning eligibility and program requirements, the provision of services, and subsidy administration.
