Performs field activities including the installation, start-up, cutover, and checkout of newly installed systems; maintains, integrates, troubleshoots, tests, and services fielded systems and products at customer sites; and sets up and utilizes specialized test and diagnostic equipment to isolate malfunctions. This position will work with more senior FSRs to plan and implement system configurations to meet specific mission requirements, conduct technical seminars and training for customers, provide on-the-job training for field service staff members and customers, and deliver over-the-shoulder and refresher training to users in the field as required.
