The role requires consistent collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, patients, families, and other multidisciplinary team members, adherence to established hospital policies and procedures, and performance of duties in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital. Knowledge of techniques for applying and removing casts, splints, braces, skeletal traction devices, overhead suspensions, and CPM machines in accordance with anatomical accuracy and clinical guidelines.
