Operational Excellence: Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, security, availability, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues; maintain accurate technical documentation; and work collaboratively with internal teams, subject matter experts, vendors, and technology partners to deliver reliable infrastructure services. Systems & Infrastructure: Administer and support Windows Server and Linux systems across cloud and on-premises environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, virtualization, patching, monitoring, backup, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
