Qualifications Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a high volume/high stakes environment • Available to work all shifts, including extended hours, weekends or holidays as business needs dictate • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance through the Department of Defense • Preferred: Shipyard, military, operations, production, or manufacturing • Vocational, college or technical school degree • Problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to pivot quickly under pressure • Skills: • Excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple levels of the organization • Effective multi-tasker with structured work habits • Results oriented with a proactive approach • Proficiency with computer systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite • Physical Qualifications • Climbing, Color Vision, Crawling, Heavy Lifting, Kneeling, Light Lifting, Medium Lifting, Pulling, Pushing, Reaching, Stooping, Twisting • Environmental Attributes • Acids or Alkalis, Cold, Dry, Dusty, Fumes, Hot, Inside, Noise, Oily, Outside, Wet. • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, reduce work order span times, streamline work processes and work cooperatively with other multi-trade supervisors on the team to provide first time quality on time.
