As a Shipping Team Member, you’ll be part of a crew that works hard, supports each other, and takes pride in keeping inventory flowing smoothly. Your day-to-day will be hands-on as you select full case products, stage pallets, and prepare items for shipment. And here’s the sweet part – being a Warehouse Team Member comes with perks. Responsibilities:
<ol><li>Select full-case products accurately to keep outbound pallets ready for shipment.</li><li>Complete production logs, equipment inspections, master cleaning schedules, and other documentation carefully to keep operations running smoothly.</li><li>Handle all inventory carefully to make sure products stay in top condition and avoid damages while moving and staging items.</li><li>Report any obstacles to performance, accuracy, or safety to your supervisor or team lead to keep operations on track.</li><li>Perform put module and staging tasks accurately to ensure pallets are ready for shipping.</li><li>Use motorized equipment like forklifts, generators, and pressure washers safely to support warehouse operations.</li></ol>

Qualifications:
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)  Education<ul><li>High School Diploma/GED preferred</li></ul> Experience<ul><li>No experience required</li></ul> Licenses/Certifications<ul><li>None required</li></ul> Tools & Equipment (Other than general office equipment):<ul><li>Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)</li></ul>

Responsibilities:
<ol><li>Pick Ready-To-Eat orders for stores, fill totes, and make sure everything is labeled perfectly and ready to hit the road.</li><li>Select bakery orders, fill totes, and label with care so every store gets the right treats, fresh and on time.</li><li>Count and check incoming RTE products, verify labels, and receive items into inventory like a pro.</li><li>Load totes and trays onto the right trucks to keep products rolling out to stores without a hitch.</li><li>Assemble and wrap RTE items, making sure everything is fresh, tasty, and ready to go.</li><li>Keep picking areas stocked with finished products so the workflow never skips a beat.</li><li>Package products into cases, stack pallets, and prep orders to make shipping smooth and easy.</li></ol>
