Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-TimePosition Overview:We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist / Shipping Clerk to join our team in the Indio area. This role combines front office responsibilities with shipping and logistics support, making it ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties:<ul><li>Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner</li><li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls</li><li>Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence</li></ul>Shipping Clerk Duties:<ul><li>Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments</li><li>Coordinate pickups with carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.)</li><li>Maintain shipping records and tracking information</li><li>Verify incoming shipments and assist with inventory control</li><li>Ensure accuracy in orders and documentation</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in receptionist, administrative, or shipping roles preferred</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Office and warehouse setting</li><li>May require standing, lifting, and light physical work (up to 25 lbs)</li></ul>
