Reporting to the General Manager, this role owns end-to-end operational execution while building a culture of shared accountability, collaboration, and operational discipline. Drive multi-site coordination across shared resources, capacity planning, best practice deployment, and operational alignment to support enterprise performance. </li></ul>Strategy Execution & Performance Management <ul><li>Translate corporate strategy into clear, executable operational plans. </li><li>Establish and manage leading and lagging KPIs tied to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth. </li><li>Review performance rigorously and adjust plans to meet or exceed commitments. </li><li>Support site-level strategic initiatives through strong cross-functional execution and operational discipline. </li></ul>Financial Ownership <ul><li>Own operational performance against budget and profitability targets. </li><li>Develop and manage operational budgets aligned with MMT financial objectives. </li><li>Drive productivity, inventory, and cost improvements without compromising safety, quality, or delivery. </li><li>Partner with Sales to support revenue growth through operational capability and execution. </li></ul>Reporting & Governance <ul><li>Provide clear, consistent reporting to the General Manager and senior leadership on operational performance, risks, and action plans. </li><li>Support compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. </li><li>Contribute to site-wide business reviews, strategic planning, and performance management processes. </li></ul> Required Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology, or equivalent experience required. </li><li>10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (machining and/or medical devices preferred). </li><li>Demonstrated success building accountable leadership teams and improving operational performance. </li><li>Strong experience with Lean manufacturing, CI, and KPI-driven management. </li><li>Proven financial acumen with full P&L responsibility. </li><li>Working knowledge of ISO </li><li>Experience leading or supporting acquired business integrations strongly preferred. </li></ul>  Medical Manufacturing Technologies (MMT) is an equal opportunity employer. Ready to make an impact? As a Warehouse Technician, you will provide quality service to our internal customers while supporting customer focused activities and company projects while coordinating the inbound and outbound shipments accurately and free from damage. This position will additionally maintain inventory and ensure accuracy in applicable tracking systems. The Warehouse Technician handles work orders and works with customers to ensure applicable receipt and stocking of Telecom and CATV installation, maintenance, and construction materials with a high degree of accuracy. This position is covered under a collective bargaining agreement (CBA). Terms and conditions of employment, including pay, benefits, and work rules, are governed by that agreement.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Service - Gathers items or materials requested by customers for issue or assembles Bills of Materials (BOM) required for specific projects. Packages orders, shipments, or BOM’s to protect materials from damage during transit. Ships materials to vendors, repair facilities, or customers. Delivers customer orders or materials to various departments and locations. May also test equipment for proper function and schedule repairs of damaged or broken or defective equipment. This may include coordination of repair to include CPE, head-end, hardline equipment and warranty items.</li><li>Inventory - Safeguards and tracks inventory items to ensure accurate accountability. Identifies and sorts materials, marks and labels inventory items prior to storing or distribution. Stores or puts inventory items away in assigned storage locations. May also ensure that all new CPE equipment is loaded correctly into SAP, IUTA, and other tracking databases as required within 48 hours of receipt, unpacking and labeling and repacking before adding to inventory. Maintains inventory including purchasing, receiving, stocking and tracks regulated and non-regulated equipment and materials. Tracks inventory, maintains appropriate inventory levels which may include the utilization of tracking tools via mailbox and web-tools, plant record systems, SAP and other company applications where applicable. Conduct cycle and inventory counts as directed. Inventory responsibilities may include warehouse, vehicles, in process orders, repair and delinquent shipments which includes the loading and unloading of all shipments.</li><li>Receiving - Takes possession of products or materials to place them into inventory or distribute them for immediate use. Receiving duties include: unloading inbound shipments from delivery trucks, inspection of shipments for any visible damage, material counts and coordination with packing slips, and documentation to verify item number, description and quantity, and/or damage to shipment, documentation of shipments and/or discrepancies and reports findings to management. May include tagging and filing documents indicating receipt.</li><li>Operate and Maintain Equipment - Operates and maintains department equipment as required to ensure operational readiness. Duties include: operating forklifts to load or unload palletized materials, using hand trucks and carts to move or deliver products, weighing materials, using stenciling equipment to mark or label pallets and spools, utilizing barcode scanners and computers to collect and record data, perform operator inspections and maintenance as required by equipment manuals and/or company policies, operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods. Assigns or issues Customer Premise Equipment to technicians needed for each work order. Work with technicians, coordinators, contractors on local recoveries. May issue CPE, and construction supplies and equipment with coordinated shipment.</li><li>Record Keeping - Maintains records, documentation, and files critical to business and financial operations. Duties include: filing, archiving, or retrieving records as required in support of audits, financial reporting, or other business operations, disposing of files or records in compliance with company policies. This includes working with Finance to maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels. Arrange disposal or recycling of equipment as needed.</li><li>Safety & Security - Perform all actions in compliance with all organizational safety, housekeeping, and security policies (Federal OSHA, DOT, and Company Safety policies and regulations).</li></ul>

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications<ul><li>6+ months experience in any combination of the following areas: customer service, warehousing or distribution center operations -OR- Technical certification (or higher) -OR- current military service, or prior military service with honorable discharge.</li><li>Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines in order to meet TDS’s business needs including but not limited to our obligations to our customers and to our customers’ needs.</li><li>Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance and have access to reliable transportation.</li><li>Must be able to meet all DOT requirements needed to drive a vehicle with a combined GVRW of >10,000 lbs. as required by ODOT and TDS.</li></ul>Other Qualifications<ul><li>Must possess, or have the ability to gain, a Forklift Certification.</li><li>1+ years’ experience operating material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet lifters, and rigging equipment) preferred.</li><li>1+ years of experience using a Warehousing, Inventory, ERP Management Systems (Great Plains, SAP, Navision, MRP or similar).</li><li>1+ years' using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).</li><li>Experience towing trailers.</li><li>Experienced at performing regular warehouse stocking, counting, picking and sorting requirements.</li><li>Ability to interact with customers, vendors and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; develops and maintains two-way communications; keeps other departments informed of developments affecting their functions.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and respond to changing priorities; excels at cutting through confusion and turning chaos into order.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.</li><li>Possesses mathematical and technical skills.</li></ul>Do you meet the Required Qualifications but are unsure if your experience aligns with the Other Qualifications?
