Working closely with the Director of Operations and department leadership, you will help ensure production priorities are executed consistently, departments remain aligned, and daily operations meet expectations for safety, quality, productivity, and customer service. Maintain regular floor presence and visibility across operational departments and shifts to understand production status, equipment conditions, safety concerns, facility needs, emerging issues, and resource requirements.
