This person should be comfortable troubleshooting equipment and processes, working with extrusion tooling, developing employees, managing projects, and collaborating across engineering, quality, operations, and customer-facing teams. The Extrusion Manager will be responsible for building the extrusion operation, leading technical and production activities, developing the extrusion team, and ensuring processes meet customer, quality, and regulatory requirements.
