Responsible for performing critical analysis of field issues to identify product-specific concerns and deliver detailed issue summaries utilizing tools such as AWS CloudWatch, AWS Athena, AWS Lambda and S3, ELK (Elastic Stack), Jira, ServiceNow, Oracle, and MySQL.
