Lead and manage water resources projects including stormwater master planning, drainage design, and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling• Oversee the development of watershed studies, capital improvement projects, and stormwater management solutions• Perform and manage hydrologic and hydraulic analyses (1D/2D modeling) and drainage design• Design and oversee stormwater management systems, erosion and sediment control plans, and NPDES permitting efforts• Develop and review contract documents including plans, specifications, and cost estimates• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets, including proposal development and fee negotiations• Perform and oversee FEMA Letter of Map Changes and related studies• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to team members• Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget goals. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred • 6+ years of experience in water resources engineering• Strong experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and stormwater management design• Experience with green infrastructure and low impact development practices• Experience with erosion and sediment control design and permitting• Proficiency in preparing construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, ArcMap, and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead client interactions• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and appropriately prioritize workflow• Strong organizational and time management skills• Ability to mentor staff and lead a high-performing team• Ability to perform field work including lifting up to 25 pounds.
