Working within cross-functional product teams, you will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, DevOps, and business stakeholders to build quality into the software development lifecycle, reduce reliance on repetitive manual testing, accelerate feedback, and continuously improve customer and consultant experiences. Demonstrated hands-on use of generative AI or AI assisted engineering tools to improve test design, generate and maintain automation code, create synthetic test data, analyze failures, identify coverage gaps, accelerate root cause analysis, and improve quality reporting.
