Required: Demonstrated ability to serve as a technical lead by rallying engineers around clear outcomes, facilitating work breakdown and estimation, communicating plans, risks, and timelines, and partnering with Product, Design, Backend, and other cross-functional teams to orchestrate feature and technical-debt delivery. Preferred: Experience guiding an engineering team's execution through technical leadership, collaboration, and influence, including driving technical discussions, proactively surfacing dependencies and tradeoffs, and fostering clear, proactive, and accountable communication across teams.
