Experience leading a team that owns or deeply integrates with identity providers (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace) and the underlying protocols - SAML 2.0, OIDC / OAuth 2.0, and SCIM 2.0 - including identity lifecycle and provisioning patterns such as just-in-time provisioning, role mapping, deprovisioning, and identity reconciliation. You'll partner closely across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support to shape platform capabilities that power the broader product ecosystem - while mentoring and growing a high-performing engineering team.
