ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLER Job description: Electronic Assembler - Job Description Overview An Electronic Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting electronic components and products such as circuit boards, wiring systems, and electrical devices. This role ensures products meet quality standards and function properly. Electronics Assembler - 1st Shift - Boonton 1st Shift:7am - 3:30pm(MON-FRI) This is due to the new law passed in NJ. Position Summary: Responsible for complex and diversified assembly of a variety of products, primarily through-hole PC boards, for which procedures and methods are prescribed. Intricate fitting, adjusting, and aligning of a considerable number of parts (involving close tolerances and interrelated factors) are required to complete products, units, or sub-assemblies. Applies excellent hand-soldering skills. Use the work order package and the online bar code reporting system to track labor and manufacturing quantities. Fabricates the Company's products in whole or in part per established procedures and methods. Position Responsibilities Assembles and/or wires complex equipment following blueprints, models, and model prints. Skilled adjustment, fitting, and alignment are required to meet close tolerances. Perform through-hole PCB assembly. Follows work cell procedures. Sets up and operates one or more basic production machines such as component trim machines, Amp machines, and riveting machine. Is flexible and able to perform many operations on product in and outside of home department. Solders to best commercial specifications primarily thru-hole component. Uses hand and power tools as required. Builds harness assemblies. Use the work order package and utilize the online bar code reporting system for labor and manufacturing quantities. Performs related duties as assigned by the supervisor. Works overtime as required. Strives to meet prescribed quality standards in an ISO environment. Directions of Others: May assist lower-level assemblers with a specific job at the request of the Supervisor Skills And Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of electronic assembly experience. Ability to read blueprints and schematics, identify components, and color codes. Excellent soldering skills. Must have good verbal communication skills.

SUMMARY:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Component Reworker to join our High Power and NPI Business Unit.
