This includes but is not limited to, training Coaches on your team, handling operational components of assigned shifts, assuring Spark Academy program components are consistent, and that treatment care objectives are applied in a true, high-quality manner. Participate in a wide variety of activities with the students, encouraging and supporting them to develop the skills associated with the tasks (i.e., sports, bike riding, rock climbing, hiking, swimming, leisure activities, and hobbies, etc.).
