Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Housing Development, Civil Engineering, Public Administration, Environmental Health, Community Development, Building Sciences, or related field with two (2) years of experience in housing rehabilitation, construction coordination, lead hazard control, environmental health, property inspections, contractor management, or related field required; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position. Must possess current lead hazard-related certifications including EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP), Lead Inspector, Risk Assessor, Lead Supervisor, or related certifications, or the ability to obtain required certifications within 120 days of hire.
