Provide corporate leadership and technical support for the design, specification, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of medium- and low-voltage electrical power distribution systems, including transformers, motors, generators, switchgear, MCCs, VFDs, instrumentation, compressors, grounding systems, lightning protection, heat trace systems, and other equipment supporting cement production facilities. Working conditions: Must be able to safely work in heavy industrial manufacturing environments exposed to varying weather conditions, elevated noise levels up to 120 dBA, vibration, mechanical and electrical hazards, and airborne materials including cement, gypsum, clay, sand, dust, diesel exhaust, lubricants, solvents, and fuels while following all applicable safety policies and PPE requirements.
