An Outbound Lead will support the Outbound Supervisor in the overall operation of an outbound shift with emphasis on supporting outbound associates in the pick-to-light, product replenishment, quality assurance and accurate shipping areas. Standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching, repetitive manual dexterity and ability to lift #40 or less throughout a 10+ hour shift·.
