Leading an existing HRIS team of three you provide the strategic leadership needed to shape the vision, governance, and operating model for Workday, building the capabilities need to support the long-term success of the combined company. As Director, HR Technology, you will lead the Workday integration and establish it as the system of record for approximately 3,000 employees across North America, Europe, and Asia, spanning both manufacturing and corporate environments.
