The Safety Director will work closely with executive leadership, operations, field management, and safety personnel to identify and reduce operational risk, strengthen safety performance, and maintain compliance across aerial and underground fiber construction, directional drilling, excavation, splicing, utility pole installation, and related field activities. Strong knowledge of construction safety practices related to aerial work, underground utilities, excavation and trenching, directional drilling, traffic control, heavy equipment, and utility pole operations.
