Serves as a central point of coordination for meetings, communications, and follow-up across NYCT and MTA departments by facilitating cross-functional engagement, tracking action items and deliverables, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining strong working relationships with operational, administrative, and technical stakeholders across the agency. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of major cross-departmental initiatives by developing project plans, tracking milestones and deliverables, coordinating with NYCT divisions to ensure alignment with the President's strategic priorities, and identifying risks, bottlenecks, and interdependencies requiring escalation to Senior Advisors.
