Through coaching, job shadowing, field assignments, business reviews, check-ins, and stretch assignments, the trainee will learn safe work practices, material flow, scale and inspection work, shredder and recovery operations, maintenance, transportation, commercial basics, business results, communication, and accountability. Reporting to the Recycling Operations Regional General Manager, Recycling Operations General Manager, or Recycling Operations Director, this role rotates through key parts of the business, including safety, environmental, operations, commercial, logistics, maintenance, purchasing, and finance.
