Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.7+ years of experience in enterprise software/application development or related technical disciplines.3+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise application platforms, service integrations, or modular/microservice architectures.4+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or setting technical direction for engineering teams, preferably within healthcare, healthcare technology, or other highly regulated industries. The Manager will lead a team of three to five direct reports, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and delivery oversight for applications, integrations, and data platforms that support business operations, analytics, and strategic initiatives.
