Leads, directs, participates in, and provides insight into the maintenance of the HVAC and related system operations and computerized maintenance management systems that support work order management and preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs. Operate, monitor, repair and maintain the facility's mechanical systems, plumbing, irrigation, environmental controls, emergency power, electrical, HVAC and lighting systems as required for the safe and efficient operation of the facility.
