Conducts oneself as a leader by taking ownership of the program and providing quality of care; commits to the betterment and growth of ALCs by offering solutions, developing processes, promoting communication with others, supporting communication from staff to management, prioritizing tasks, and actively participating in problem resolution. Assist manager, when needed, with program inquiries which may require meeting with prospective families, maintaining and completing inquiry packets and forms, and entering and maintaining inquiry files in the current customer relationship management software.
