The Onboarding Specialist will direct and influence how the Woods Staffing team credentials, onboard and monitor Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and substantially similar positions and will partner closely with Woods Staffing, LLC Director and the recruiting teams to accomplish this critical organizational growth goal. This includes, but is not limited to, answering telephone calls and emails from candidates, coworkers, and managers regarding new hire processes, paperwork requirements, and background checks; answering questions related to onboarding policies and establishes and maintains positive working relationships with management and internal and external candidates.
