This professorship includes research support from the Klein endowment. Candidates must hold a PhD (or equivalent) in mathematics, statistics, or a closely related field, and have established themselves as internationally recognized researchers with a demonstrated record of scholarship and leadership in mathematics or statistics. The position is available at either the associate professor rank (“Distinguished Scholar”) or the full professor rank (“Distinguished Professor”). Job Description: About the Role: A Traffic & Revenue Analyst analyzes traffic data to develop accurate and reliable traffic and revenue forecasts. A Traffic & Revenue Analyst also utilizes the knowledge gathered through the analysis of the data to optimize revenue. They play a crucial role in the feasibility analysis of project developments by providing data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and maintain sophisticated spreadsheet-based models to project traffic and revenue, considering historical data and prevailing economic conditions. </li><li>Develop and improve methods of analyzing traffic data. </li><li>Support Advanced Analytics projects for optimization of projects in operation. </li><li>Prepare traffic & revenue-related memos examining trends, leading indicators, and travel patterns, and present findings and forecasts to supervisors and company executives. </li><li>Stay abreast of regional policies, market trends, and technological advancements that may impact traffic and revenue projections. </li><li>Collaborate with the cross-functional department to prepare traffic and revenue components of feasibility analyses for potential projects. </li></ul> Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
