PREferred SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • Bachelors degree in business, economics, statistics, computer science, or a related quantitative field • Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization • Experience with forecasting, financial metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC), or pricing analysis • Proficiency in statistical modeling and forecasting techniques (e.g., time-series analysis, regression in Python or R) • Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, or automation scripting (e.g., Python, VBA) • Background in high-growth consumer tech environments, startups, or consulting firms with a focus on customer acquisition and retention • Strong research skills, including familiarity with market intelligence tools (e.g., surveys, competitive analysis platforms) • Excellent communication abilities, with a track record of presenting insights to non-technical audiences and influencing cross-functional teams • Project management experience, including prioritizing tasks in fast-paced settings and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform in-depth analyses of consumer metrics, including Lifetime Value (LTV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), churn rates, and cohort performance, using SQL queries and statistical methods to uncover trends and opportunities.
